Gurvir founded Paraplex Labs in 2022 to do something specific: help small business founders in the Greater Toronto Area fix the digital systems that should have been built right the first time. The thesis was simple. Most agency work is either too expensive and too slow (enterprise shops priced for Fortune 500s) or too cheap and too templated (offshore work that breaks in six months). There's a real gap in the middle for boutique work done at small business price points.

Most of the work is unglamorous: rebuilding broken websites, fixing Google Business Profiles that haven't been touched in years, designing AI workflows that save 10-20 hours per week of repetitive office work, and the quiet structural improvements that compound over time. The kind of work that doesn't make for a viral case study but moves the metrics that matter most to a small business.

Gurvir works directly with every Paraplex Labs client. No account managers between founders and the work. No junior staff doing the strategy. The model is intentional. Small businesses get senior attention; the relationship is the product.
